Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We offer full refunds on eligible items returned to us within 14 days of delivery, provided they are received back in a reusable condition.

Returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
- Carefully repackaged with all protective materials included

As our pieces are delicate, we kindly ask that all returns are packaged carefully to avoid
damage during transit. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for items returned
without the correct protective packaging or materials.

If you would like to return your order, please contact us or email info@koti-interiors.com. Please include your full name and order number with a the reason for your return, and a member of our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 working days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
